1. Return & Replacement Window

  • We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • In its original packaging (including box, tags, manuals, accessories).
    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Important: If the product is unboxed, used, or tampered with, we will not accept the return under any circumstances.

2. When Returns/Replacement Are Accepted

  • We will accept returns or replacements only if:

    • You received a damaged product.
    • You received a defective product.
    • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

3. Mandatory Proof Submission

    • If your order is delivered in damaged, defective, or wrong condition, you must:
      • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
      • Record a proper unboxing video showing the issue.
      • Send the photos/videos to [Insert Support Email] on the same day of delivery.
    • Without valid proof submitted on the same day, your return/replacement request will not be considered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Products that have been unboxed, used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
    • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
    • Items returned after the 7-day window.

5. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Process

    • If you request a replacement and your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
    • If the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or a different product of the same value.
